$400 Non-refundable deposit to reserve the room. $1000 for Room Rent Only (no catering required) $600 for Weddings/Receptions & Christmas Parties $500 for Room Rental Friday, Saturday or Weekday Christmas Parties $350 for Room Rental other evenings We will deduct $100 from the Room Rental for every $1000 spent on catering services. *This excludes any discounts that may be given for the rental of the room. (Room Rent under 500.00) Daytime functions are 50% off (of the room rent) if the event is over by 4:00 PM. Room Rental Includes: The Room, Clean up of the room, Linens, Tables, Chairs, China, Glassware, Silverware, and Stemware. For Weddings, Room Rental also includes: One hour for the rehersal the day before the wedding (time depending upon other parties that may be booked), our in-house wedding coordinator, as well as a beautiful bridal suite upstairs for the bride to prepare and get ready. For Christmas Parties the room comes fully decorated. *Note - This does not include gratuity (18% of food and beverage) as well as additional rental fees or applicable taxes. Outside catering has a 150.00 delivery fee as well as gas mileage. |
